Surfing is a favourite summer past time and Chandni Khondji, owner of Hopscotch, has designed 8 super surfboards each holding 6 static poses for The Co-Op event, which begins August 7th. Each surfboard comes with a male and female version (that just means the poses are adjusted for male and female avs as the poses are unisex). Chandni always creates such fun play items and these boards are no exception. I was having such fun that I am including shots of all 6 poses on some of the boards.
In the bottom photo below I am doing what I do best, falling! 🙂
Sax Shepherd has returned after some time off just in time for the Fantasy Gacha Carnival, which starts August 8th. From photos I’ve seen on Flickr in the past few days I’m going to guess that the theme this round has to do with pirates and Sax has designed some outstanding jewelry for men and women.
The Buccaneer gacha machine holds 24 common beads and 2 rares (which happen to be 2 Buccaneer chests). There are 8 different colour sets of beads and 3 elements of each set – necklace, headpiece and armband/anklet. Each item comes with a hud that changes colours on some of the toggles. The 2 rare items are Buccaneer chests that when touched play music and the top opens.
Another gacha machine holds Heishi chokers, sized for the guys but they are unisex and resizeable as you can see in the photos below. I had no problem resizing to fit me. There are 15 different commons plus 1 secret of beads and 3 different rares of beads and a charm that comes with a colour-changing hud.
