Hot bathing suit for summer!

The Arcade opened yesterday and Flowey’s machine is full of summery goodies. The commons are the pretty one-piece Betty swimsuit available in 12 colours/patterns and the Retro Floatie in 4 colours. Each floatie comes with a sit and it spins slowly. The 2 rares are the dark and white sunglasses. Both come with a hud allowing texture/colour change. All are 50L per play.

Sexy swimsuit or lingerie?

Cila’s new Ariel top and bottom set can be thought of as a bra and panties or a swimsuit. I think it looks more like a swimsuit, that is why I’m at the beach. 🙂 The sexy set comes in 4 colours and is non-rigged and can be resized on touch. You can currently find it over at The Fantasy Collective.

Tiny Bubblesss…….

So this month’s Flux theme is “Tiki Time” and Sakide has a couple of items available in a variety of colors. Tops for the males and Bikinis for the females. Each come in Light or Dark versions. Of course each of the outfits come with huds to change the textures so you really get a variety of outfits in just one item.

For some reason when I saw the items, Don Ho’s song popped in my head. The sad thing is I’m not really even old enough to know this song but thanks to my parents I have heard this song throughout my childhood.

I took a pic of the female bikini. I loved how well the texturing was on the bikini. I mean I could have taken a pic of my backside but then you would be like omg Lola are you sure you are wearing a bikini, cuz yeah my sl butt is that huge LOL.

I know you guys are shocked that I ventured away from my platform to a actual sim to take pictures. I was taking pics of my lovely male avatar, but no ladies were hitting on him. I think he looks quite sexy in this Tiki inspired top.

My Love for Zaara

I have been a fan of Zaara since I first stumbled upon her little shop with only maybe 2 or 3 items for sale years ago. What drew me to her designs were her colours. She uses a lot of bright and bold colours in a lot of her designs which I adore. Over the years I have watched her grow into one of SL’s best designer’s, in my opinion.

Zaara’s texturing is exquisite and her lingerie alone is a must have for me. And with the use of mesh becoming more prevalent, her talents there haven’t disappointed me either.

I recently cleaned my inventory and was quite ruthless in what I trashed but I kept my Zaara folder intact.

Below are two new recent releases, the Naisha Bikini and the beautiful Ria coverup. Both come in several colours and the mesh sizes. When I put the bikin on I did not have to change anything on my shape, it fit perfectly, as did the coverup. That is rare for me in mesh items nowadays.

I also topped it off with Hucci’s new sandals that are made for Slink feet. The sandals are a wedge acrylic heet with little flowers inside you can colour change. Let me say I LOVE that more designers are creating shoes for the slink feet. I actually got giddy at Collab88 because I think 3 or 4 designers had shoes out for them. I went a bit crazy this time around. 😉

Sakide’s new Endless Summer Hunt Outfit

The Endless Summer Hunt will end on July 20th, 2013. There are approximately 120 vendors participating in this hunt. There are items for both male and females. Sakide has a lovely crochet bikini set called “Beach Forever Outfits”. In the package you get two versions: a cream version and a light pink version.

Up first I am showcasing the cream bikini top with the light pink skirt cover with a floral design.

Since I was already prancing about on the sand, I figured I should take off my skirt cover and show you my bikini set. This is the cream version.

JinXtimacy’s Stunning Swimsuits

I first saw one of JinXtimacy’s swimsuits in a magazine and wanted to check out the store. I think JinXtimacy is a newish shop, currently has only 3 swimsuits, but from what I’ve seen I have no doubt we will be seeing much more from Abbey Jinx (owner).

What drew me first to her swimwear was the colour and patterns. I love the textures she’s used and with so much colour. I mean swimsuits are meant to be fun and that comes across in her designs. She really textures her designs well and they fit quite well and come in several sizes. I cannot wait to see more of her creations.

Up first is the Bali Bikini. This one is one of my favourites though there is a luscious snakeskin bikini that is to die for.

The Fiji Trikini have gorgeous tropical prints. From the back it looks like a bikini but in front it has that ruffly piece connecting the top and bottom. Lots of fun.

And this is the Mix & Match Bikini; the one I’m wearing is Nosara. You get 3 bikini’s when you purchase, one print and 2 colours from the print. So when you mix and match you can end up with 9 different choices to wear. It’s pretty awesome and of course there are so many textures and colours to choose from.

Underdogs – New to Me

New-to-me store Underdogs’ owner Rolando Lyric designs mesh clothing for both men and women. Of course, being female, I’m going to show you a couple of new items you can find inworld or on marketplace.

First are these mesh jeans. Let me say I LOVE these jeans. They fit so well and I love the way they look on me, the fit is perfect. I’m also wearing the brand new Vienna boots. Don’t you love them? They come in quite a few colours, and not only do they look good with the jeans but are perfect with short skirts/dresses.

I was a little hesitant when I first put on the Jessi pants because I don’t usually wear my pant crotch that low LOL but I saw pink was one of the colours offered and I topped them off with his cute Millie crop top and I must say I look adorable. The pants look quite comfy and also come in assorted colours.

Lastly, I fell in love with the new swimsuit and the pattern used. You know my love of swimsuits so I had to have it. It’s mesh and fits perfectly, I had to make no adjustments. All the mesh clothing come in several sizes.

I’m looking foward to see what Underdogs brings in the future. I really think you should drop by and check it out.

Beach Season is Around the Corner

Tomorrow is the beginning of June; in a few weeks summer begins and what comes along with that? SWIMSUIT season. A time of heading to the beach with the gang, partying, swimming, surfing and other water fun, as well as just relaxing in the sun.

So I’ve some done some shopping for the latest in swimwear fashion and hit some of SL’s hottest beaches to get you all in the mood for beach time.

Who all doesn’t like pandas? That’s why I squeee’d when I saw this little mesh number by Cutshore. It’s so adorable and I know all the boys will be looking at my panda this summer. 😉 Location: Point of Pines

I usually don’t go for mesh swim suits but this one from Drift is a perfect fit. I love it so much that I went back the next week when she released another new suit. Location: Cannibal Island

My next choice was the beautiful vintage swim suit by Mon Cheri. The colours are amazing and I love the fit. You don’t need to show a lot of skin to look sexy girls! Location: Artilleri

Indyra just released this new suit a week ago and I had to have it. I love that you receive about 5 or 6 colours in the package and also the beautiful flower in my hair comes with each suit to match. Who wants to play with my beach ball? Location: Teen Hangout
