A Clockwork Spiral – A Tailspin of Fun!

Ok so I wanted to try something different with my blogging. I took all my pictures at the A Clockwork Spiral Event, and I experimented with a ton of different Windlight features. I took a ton of pictures trying to showcase most of the items. There is exactly 1.5 days left and I noticed there were a few more additions in some of the shops since I explored it the other day. So lets get on with the pictures.

I wanted to focus on the mask and emulate a bird landing on a bridge and being caught by a photographer.

In my second picture I was going for a lovely woman walking across the promenade with her parasol and purse in hand. Ready for a day of shopping.

The third picture features a pilot, preparing her steam zeppelin for lift off by turning on some vintage tunes to entice the crew to work quickly.

My final portrait series features items from Avatar Bizarre, I wanted to showcase the diversity in his designs.

Secret Entertainer @ A Clockwork Spiral

Well today is day 3 of A Clockwork Spiral and there is just 2 more days left of the 5 day extravaganza. I apologize for not getting these posts out sooner, but I will do a really awesome one tonight so you can see the cool items available.

This morning I am featuring items by La Petite Morte, Avatar Bizarre, House of Rain, and Squeek! I thought it would be fun to run around the event and take pictures. Well I went afk for a few minutes and some delightful person had pushed me off the magical island in the sky.

As I was plummeting down, I quickly fumbled through my inventory for the landmark. I regained entrance into the wonderful event and set up my first pose. I thought to myself, “What if I was today’s impromptu entertainer on the promenade?” So I attempted to gather a audience with my lovely look, but alas it was futile.

I walked further down the promenade and jumped up on the concrete so that I can be seen by those shopping and exploring the event. I began my entertainment portion of the evening. Was I naked behind the umbrella? Or was it a lovely quick slide of hand.

I garnered a tiny audience and I continued with my entertainment portion, posing and singing in my lovely new attire.

I concluded my show and I was left once again with one of my besties in the world, sitting upon my shoulder.

Avatar Bizarre

If you haven’t heard of this wonderful store called Avatar Bizarre, they you truly are living under a rock. The creations are all original mesh created by Sredni Eel. His creations range from costumes to everyday wear. He mostly specialized in male apparel but he occasionally dabbles in woman fashion. I was given the opportunity to blog a couple of his past releases and let me tell you they are amazing in texture and quality.

Up first is what I like to call my Fc*k Authority outfits. Traditional punk outfits made in mesh and available in a series of colors. Since I tend to gravitate to certain colors I was given those I would wear the most. And omg I update my male av for you guys again. Sacred Skins is back and they have a brand new skin that are available at The Boutique. I loved how it went so well with my punk look. So the outfits feature mesh tank tops and mesh plaid/striped punk pants.

I put this look together while listening to Pennywise “F- Authority”

Next up is traditional outfits worn by matadors in Spain. I saw the outfit and instantly fell in love with the texture work. The accuracy of this outfit was amazing and it brought back memories of old songs my mom listened to when I was younger. The outfit is called a “Traje de Luces” and like I said it is normally worn in matador rings. In other cultures there are other types of Trajes so it was nice to see how Spain influenced the fashion in so many spanish speaking countries.
