Great new cowls from Katat0nik to keep you warm

At the SaNaRae event, Katat0nik released some new cowls to keep you warm on your chilly treks. These cowls are available in 5 different colour packs which include 3 colours in each pack. There are 2 cowls for each colour – one plaid and one solid colour. Also included with each pack is a hud to change the textures of the straps and metal fastenings on the cowls.

See, even goth’s love these cowls. 😉

Eyes are the windows of the soul…

Ikon Innovia, owner of IKON, creates some of the most amazing eyes on the grid. They are truly beautiful and his newest Odyssey Eyes are no exception. I love the reflections and all the different colours to choose from. This set is currently at the Men’s Dept. until June 30th, then they will be at the main store.

There are 49 colours and each colour includes both regular and mesh eyes (5 sizes of mesh eyes). A hud comes with the mesh eyes to allow you to choose from regular or dark sclera (eye whites) plus stuff like glow, full bright and flip to play with.

Still cool enough for scarves here…

Yes, it’s almost the end of May and here in eastern Canada it’s still cool enough to wrap a light scarf around your neck when going out. I don’t feel summer is ever going to arrive with warm weather. 😉

At The Liaison Collaborative this round, Dead Dollz has 2 types of unisex double-sided scarves for sale. The Tweedrun I and Tweedrun II are wrapped differently and one is plaid/plain and the other is plain/plain. Each comes in 4 soft colours and look gorgeous. The scarves are also unrigged mesh so they can be resized.

Uptown Funk

!nterlude’s theme this round is “inspired by a song” and SySy Chapman of SYSY’s chose Bruno Mars’ “Uptown Funk”. She’s designed some pinstriped belted capris, in 5 colours, and 3 fedora hats in 3 colours. A hud comes with the hats to change the band colour. I love the flare at the bottom of the capris and the hat looks supercool.

The poses are from Hopscotch’s pose pack called Pose Me Pretty I & II currently out at Pose Fair. These are awesome poses not only in general but also for shoes. I’m always looking for poses that showcase the feet and these are fantastic.

Oh My Gacha and Seasons Story winter editions have arrived!

Oh My Gacha and Seasons Story, Winter editions, have finally opened! Cila and Katat0nik are two shops that have designed adorable wintery wear to keep us warm while having fun outside.

At the Seasons Story, Katat0nik Pidgeon of Katat0nik designed really cute original mesh and hand drawn comfy boots. You’ll see 2 gacha machines; both are filled with the same boots but one is for SLink Physique and the other works with both default system feet and SLink flat feet and are only 50L a play. There are 11 commons and 1 rare pair of boots and there are 4 different patterns in various colours. I’d love to have a pair of these in real life; they look so comfy and are very stylish.

Over at OMG, Cila designed a really nice unisex snowboard jacket. I love the look of these jackets. They have a waist drawstring and a hood, and come in various colours and patterns. There are 8 commons and 1 rare and you can get one for 75L a play.

Serpentine and black it stands before my eyes…

I am wearing the cutest flats by Cyclic Gearz of LVLE. For this round of Oneword, Cyclic designed the adorable Georgie slingback flats that has a jewel in the shape of a kitty face. The shoes come in 5 colours and are compatible with SLink feet and are a steal at 295L each.

The current round of Uber has an apocalypse theme, which is one of my favourites. Hart Larsson of PXL’s exclusive is the beautiful Mia Apocalypse skin, in the pale and natural tones. There are 4 makeups available for purchase in each tone with a host of goodies for each, such as 3 lips layers, freckle layers, mole layers, 8 eyebrow layers and cleavage layers. In the photo below, on the left is the pale tone in makeup 4 with freckles, moles, and pink eyebrows. On the right is the natural tone in makeup 1 with lip colour 1 and moles. What a beautiful face!

Uber has some fantastic items available and I’m wearing some of my favs. I love the layered shorts and knee pads from COCO and I’m hoping maybe she’ll do up some matching elbow pads to go with the kneepads??? 😉 Maxi Gossamer’s jewelry is great and will also work well with the goth genre. And look at these boots from Deadwool… they are super awesome!!

‘The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe’ is this round’s theme for Seraphim Social. Chandni Khondji of Hopscotch has designed a beautiful wardrobe, one with and without poses for the event.

‘Magical Doorway’ is just the wardrobe with no poses. When you touch it, the doors open to show a winter scene. ‘Through the Magical Door’ is the pose prop wardrobe that includes 8 static poses. Some of the poses pose the doors and hanging jackets and take you into the land of Narnia. I took a few photographs of 4 of the poses to share.

Cute poses from Juxtapose

The Thrift Shop is currently open and it ends June 29th. Juxtapose has 3 exclusives available. One female pose set, one male pose set and a pose prop that will be 50L for the event.

“Telling Stories” is a set of 5 really cute female poses. I really like these poses and have not seen many like them.

The set of 5 male poses is called “Leverage”. I really don’t care if poses are for men or women; if I like a pose I will use it. I always try male poses out when I’m on the hunt for new poses and have several in my stock of poses I use.

Quiet Charm is a pose prop chair with some very nice poses that are different from most poses you associate with chairs. These 5 poses are more stands or leans and 1 sit. As I stated above, this is only 50L during the event and more than worth it.

In this round of kustom9, Imeka has released a new pack of 8 poses called Kirsty. As always, the poses are cute and excellent for blogging as well as other uses.
