Mischievous Imps and Cat Pumpkins take over…

The TAG gacha is upon us once again and Imeka and Lassitude & Ennui have outdone themselves with cuteness.

Imeka’s gacha is filled with adorable cat pumpkins in several colours. There are 2 styles of pumpkins in which there are 11 commons and 2 rares and of course 1 mystery item. These pumpkins can be resized. The sitting poses come from Imeka’s new sit pose pack that is currently out at The Season’s Story. The pack includes 8 cute static sit poses.

Lassitude & Ennui’s TAG gacha holds really cute mischievous imps. These are wearable pets that attach to your head, shoulders and one even hangs from your hand. But as you can see from my photos, I rezzed them and resized some of them. There are 9 commons (whispering imp, sitting imp, crouching imp) in 3 different textures for each, and 2 rares (hanging imp and rude imp) that come with a hud to change textures. And of course there is a mystery imp for the coupon if you get it.

Who wants ice cream?

Katat0nik’s new ice cream dresses are adorable and out now at the Kawaii Project. The bright coloured dresses are decorated with ice cream cones and cupcakes and fit SLink’s physique mesh body and Maitreya’s mesh body. There are 6 colours of the dress to choose from.

Also from the Kawaii Project are Atomic’s Yumyum Leggings, Angelica’s pretty Mina skin, Due’s cute Jude hair, Booger’s RAWRtch 3D watch and a bag of goodies from Tentacio.

As well, Imeka has 2 necklaces on offer at the Kawaii Project. The yummy Cupcake Necklace I paired with Katat0nik’s dresses and comes with a hud allowing up to 4 colour changes of the bow, top and bottom parts of the cupcake. The Bow Necklace also has a hud allowing a change of colours of the bows and 2 metal colours of the links.

Life’s a morgue…

Have you been to the Pose Fair yet? Don’t worry, you still have about another week to get over there and pickup some great poses from stores like Juxtapose. They have several pose set exclusives for the fair and I shot the 3 photos below using 1 pose from 3 different sets.

This first pose is from the Broken Grace pose set which includes 5 static poses.

Second comes Liquid Courage, another pose set of 5 poses and includes a cocktail.

Lastly is the Velour Dream pose pack of 5 poses.

In all my photos I’m wearing the pretty Burkhart Dress and Burkhart Boots from Paper Moon. Both the dress and boots come with a hud which gives you 8 colour options.

Aaarrrgghhhh!!!

I am terrified of spiders and look what I found when I logged in last night! Good thing I had my trusty Heart War Hammer at hand. I donned my trusty Health Meter Panties and waded in to do battle. I think I prevailed; at least I’m here to blog about it. 😉

Katat0nik’s Heart War Hammer is a gacha item out at Level Up. There are 11 common and 2 rare of these brightly coloured hammers. They are non-functonal as weapons and are to be worn as accessories only. They have a built-in pose and resize script. She also has these cute Health Meter Panties (appliers only for Maitreya and SLink mesh bodies) in 7 colours. All colours are in one pack for only 50L.

Hopscotch is also taking part in Level Up with a yummy cake poster and gateway bookends. Both items are inspired by the computer games Portal and Portal 2.

You may have also noticed my awesome ring. Eclectica’s Skull Ring is currently available at Genre and comes in 2 versions – “a bit scratched” and “weatherbeaten”. The rings can be retextured via touch with 4 colour options. Each pack contains 2 rings, for left and right hands.

Babydolls…

Katat0nik Pidgeon designed the prettiest babydoll dresses for participation in this round of the Seraphim Social. They also can be used as nightgowns, in my opinion. The fitted mesh babydolls are designed for the SLink Physique and Maitreya Lara mesh bodies, are original mesh and hand-drawn textures. They come in 7 colours and each colour also includes a panty applier along with the dress.

Over at Shiny Shabby (a new event), Kean Kelly of [keke], has a gacha machine full of her really pretty Pea Princess’ Collection, which consists of a step ladder, bed, DIY book stable, floor pillows and trunk drawer.

Ivey Deschanel of Snatch just released the cute Mamrie Dress. This a-line shape dress has a delicate flower pattern, no sleeves and a lace collar. With most of Snatch’s mesh items, you purchase by size so you do have to demo the dress for the correct size. When you buy the size, I chose small, you receive the dress in 6 or 7 colours. I’m wearing the black but there are some bright, fun colours too. The adorable mini also works well as a top over leggings, capris, jeans, etc. I’m wearing my dress over net leggings by Schadenfreude and my fantastic shoes are from Random Matter.

old school gaming…

I can relate to the old-school gaming found at Level Up this round.

Hopscotch has put out 3 board games – Miller’s Delight Box, Flip It! and Don’t Get Angry, Avatar. These board games come with their boxes which can be unliked so you can remove the box if you want to. These are decorations only.

Also at Level Up is the adorable Froggie Dress from Katat0nik. This is a retexture of Katat0nik’s Imaginative School Girl dress but without all the attachments. They also have a gacha machine filled with cute cookie necklaces inspired by Pacman and Ms Pacman for only 35L a play. There are 6 commons and no rares. 🙂

in memory…

Yesterday I visited for the first time the Donna Fiora Memorial. It’s beautifully designed and very peaceful. It’s quite a contrast weatherwise to what’s happening elsewhere. Lots of snow and cold.

There’s a winter faire that’s been ongoing and Eclectica has a very pretty jewelry set as their faire exclusive. These are original mesh designs, materials ready and are unrigged so they can be resized manually, if needed. The necklace and earrings come in 3 metals with several colours available in each metal.

trip to the space station…

All kids love school trips; it gets them out of the classroom and work for a few hours and is usually loads of fun. Today we went to the DSX Space Station; nirvana for any geek girl.

I wore my new Comical Dress from katat0nik at the Geeks ‘n’ Nerds event. These cute dresses are made specifically for the SLink Physique mesh body and comes in 7 fun colours and patterns. The dress is made from a sweatshirt material which makes for a very comfy wear. You can wear it as a mini dress or pair it with leggings or jeans for another look. Would I lie to you?

The Mystic Realm event opened yesterday to a lot of excited people. We’ve been teased for weeks by the designers as to what they would be releasing at this event and now we get a chance to run around and spend all our lindens on what we NEED. 🙂

One of my favourite stores, Lassitude & Ennui has a booth there with some wonderfully dark items. The Bird of Prey Necklace is beautifully made. I’ve shot a closeup here so you can see the fine details of the claw. The necklace comes in either silver, gold or black and on touch the stone changes texture. The necklace is 180L each.

The Gothique Heels have a gorgeously detailed demon heel. These sandals are compatible with SLink high mesh feet. They are available in 6 leather colours and each colour comes with a silver, gold and black heels. That’s 3 pairs of shoes for 280L. That is a fab deal.
