Rumpelstiltskin

November’s round of Enchantment is inspired by Rumpelstiltskin. If you’re not familiar with how Enchantment works, you purchase an exclusive item at participating main stores and you will receive a stamp card and landmark to gifts with each purchase. Go to all particpating stores to get the card stamped then you can redeem it for a prize from any of the participating stores.

Dead Dollz’ exclusive is a beautiful cameo choker which comes in 5 colours, for 200L. When you redeem a full stamp card and want Dead Dollz’ prize, it is a beautiful gown that comes with a texture changing hud in the same 5 colours as the choker. The exclusive gown will never be sold in store.

out of time...

The Miller’s Daughter Gown has a full skirt with a delicate flower pattern and a ribbon around the waist. It’s very feminine and reminds me of southern belles. The Miller’s Daughter Choker has a cameo on a velvet ribbon surrounded in tiny stones with a drop stone, to match the gowns.

don't let it take me...

that voodoo that you do…

The theme for this round of the Fantasy Collective is the ‘Bayou’.  From Hopscotch comes a piece of decoration with a voodoo doll, tarot cards and candles.  All the images on the cards are original from owner Chandni Khondji .  There is also a piece of paper pinned to a candle with scribbles on it.  But since you receive two of these, one allows you to add your own photo into that note.

that voodoo you do...

Also from the Fantasy Collective is a great makeup from Nox, VooDoo Eyes from Buzz, a Spell book with snake from May Soul, the swampland shanty I’m in from Frogstar and the beautiful necklace from Enfant Terrible.  This  necklace comes with a short fur vest (I’m not wearing it).

that voodoo you do...

You still should have time to head down and pick up some of these great items and put a spell on someone. 😉

One of my favourite things to do is go shoe shopping so when Jackal Ennui of Lassitude & Ennui sent out a notice she had created some new shoes, I knew what I would be doing.

spot the dummy!

Sakide @ The Thrift Shop

Hey Guys! So I dragged my fellow cohort in crime Miss Phire Zuhra of Style Genesis to blog with me this time. We are both wearing items from The Thrift Shop. We never really bothered to check it out before until this weekend and OMG it is a huge event in a building with so many designers. I walked out with skins, clothes, house decorations, and more. The lovely Kinu has picked me to blog her new items and I absolutely love them. She has brand new skirts and tops in several color patterns. I grabbed just a couple because I don’t like being greedy and well if you noticed….there is a color I only wear on this blog and its purple. But in the first 2 pictures I wore black 😛 the other color I like to wear all the time.

Sakide & Somnia @ Thrift Shop
This upclose picture I wanted to showcase the new items I picked up from O.M.E.N. If you haven’t been to the store and you love quirky fun mesh items than you should check out this store. When I saw he made jewelry also I was so excited. The tiara and necklace are from ~ { Mes Brics à Bracs } ~ Event which had a few great accessories from other stores. Also, the items from O.M.E.N. are extremely affordable so if you are on a limited income at the moment in SL then check out his awesomeness. The star items are part of the SL Fashion week event and I will list the SLURL below.

Sakide & Somnia @ Thrift Shop
As you can see in the above image, I am also wearing shoes with super high socks. These are from Ducknipple and they are also available at The Thrift Shop. I believe Phire’s outfit is all from the Thrift Shop and features items from Somnia.

Sakide & Somnia @ Thrift Shop
So I conclude this post with me wearing purple LOL. The boots I purchased from SAKIDE’s mainstore. This pose was a bit awkward and Phire and I were laughing alot, just imagine 2 individuals with potty humor and yeah it went all over the place.

So I leave you this song because it fits the theme:

Yabusaka @ Fantasy Faire 2013

As some of you know, Fantasy Faire is approaching in a couple days (4/20/13, Saturday) and I am happy to showcase to you two of the most adorable avatars by Yabusaka. As many of us know, Yabusaka is the creator behind those super cute petite avatars and has collaborated with many skin designers in SL to bring you unique avatars.

The first avatar is Pookabi Avatar A, which is the most adorable kitty avatar I have seen. Normally I’m not a fan of cats in general but when I put on the avatar I immediately fell in love with the big eyes. To me it was like that moment when Puss in Boots took off his hat and used his big eyes of cuteness. I actually wanted to do a Puss in Boots look but finding male clothing for Yabusaka Baby boy’s seemed quite difficult. There are tons of cute looks for boys, but I had a hard time finding RP looks and gothic looks. So I decided to dress my kitty in outfits by Bare Rose. Both of these outfits are available at the Yabusaka Baby Mall as well as the Pookabi A avatar (retails at 795L).

Yabusaka @ Fantasy Faire 2013
The two styles I chose are gothic lolita and decora. These are actually two styles I loved to wear when I first started in Second Life. The decora outfit was customly fitted for the Yabusaka Kitty Av so I had to get it. Yabusaka includes a Hud that allows you to customize your avatar and also includes files to customize your fur. I looked on marketplace and saw a few mods so far. I’m sure once more people see these avatars there will be more clothing and mods.

The Second Avatar is Pookabi Avatar B, which will be available at Fantasy Faire. When I opened up this package I was like omg a cute little pug. The avatar comes with a hud that allows you to control eye glimmer and tongue. At the moment there are no mods for the Pookabi B avatar but I can see mods coming up soon. I wanted to dress my pug avatar as a boy but I was going for gothic looks. I ended up with a somewhat casual look and a elegant gothic look.
Yabusaka @ Fantasy Faire 2013
These outfits I found on marketplace, I did a search for Yabusaka Baby Boy and found these results. LOL and let me tell you, search on marketplace is the suck. Really I typed in boy, why was I getting princess outfits. Anywhoo, these are the looks I found and I think they look adorable on the pug avatar. I used hair from Tukinowaguma, which currently has a grand reopening sale at the moment.

Check out Yabusaka’s creations on the Magnificat sim once Fantasy Faire opens on Saturday 4/20/13. You will fall in love with these avatars like I have and dressing them will be just as fun.

Plastik @ Fantasy Faire 2013

I was selected to blog Aikea’s new items for Fantasy Faire and let me tell you they are amazing. It was so hard to choose just one color armor and skin but I hope this post does honor to her item. I only blogged as a female in the post but there is also male skins available.

The ornate design on the skins are so beautiful, and what I love about them is that the glow on the ebony skin. As usual, any skin by Plastik comes with eyes and matching ears. This skin also includes several tattoo layers to customize your look. I am only wearing a lip color tattoo and the eyes are from the Bloodless Series. In the folder there are ads indicating that there will be more items available to fully customize your look.
Fantasy Faired 2013 - Plastik

The armor is made of mesh and comes with a hud to change/control the gemstones. I left the gemstones as they were because I loved how beautiful the armor was that I had picked at random. The armor I picked is called “Magicka” and it has lovely swirls of blue, purple and pink. In the folder you will get a notecard indicating how you will have to make a few minor adjustments to ensure the armor fits perfectly. The armor comes with a flexi skirt that you can also change the textures via a hud. I chose a leather texture for the flexi skirt/silks because in my head it made my character appear more fierce.
Fantasy Faired 2013 - Plastik

I topped off the look with a prior release from Plastik, the Triz Horns in Cotton Candy. Once I had the outfit and horns the last thing I needed was fantasy hair so I turned to Wasabi Pills. Since I am assuming my character is a drow and most drows have either silver or white hair I opted for white hair. I highly recommend you check out Plastik’s offerings at Fantasy Faire when it opens on April 20th, 2013.

Sn@tchin it up!!

I figured its been a while since I have done a whole post dedicated to Sn@tch so here are a few of the newest releases by Ivey Deschanel.

Sn@tchin It Up
I started off with a traditional spring outfit with pastels. Since I took the pictures on Easter I even wore bunny ears from Pididdle. This outfit is composed of seperates : April Ruffled Mesh Top, Lily Floral Skirt, and Charisma Pastel Pumps.
I wore the newest release from Magika with my hair in the lilac hair tone.

Sn@tchin It Up
Now this is how I remember Sn@tch, I know she does different styles but when I first rezzed she was one of the stores I was always at for trendy gothic/alternative clothing. I still remember I used to mess with the models she had in the store. This outfit is also composed of a couple seperates: Libby Mesh Latex Skirts Dark and Fusion Latex Tops. I wore one of my favorite heels from Gos and hair from Alice Project (available at Adore & Abhor’s Anniversary event). This time I decided I needed jewelry to accent my look so I’m wearing Maxi Gossamer’s (MG) Baroque Teardrop (earrings and necklace).

Sn@tchin It Up
I thought this outfit was fun and cute and it happens to be last weeks Deal of the Week, and its still on sale for 69L until Tuesday evening. The outfit is called “Peeps” and at first I thought it was going to be the same coloring as those delectable confectionary marshmallow candies. But when I put it on, I realized it was like peek-a-boo you can see my boobies and butt LOL. I paired the outfit with the Charisma Pastel Pumps, MG Baroque Teardrop Set, and hair by Alice Project (available at Adore & Abhor anniversary event).

Sn@tchin It Up
Last but not least is a new lingerie set. Which I just realized that the poor undies didn’t rezz right woops sorry Tess. This lingerie set is called “Fluffer Mixed Lingerie Set” and it comes with a mesh corset that is so elegantly textured. Once again I wore the Charisma Pastel Pumps, Alice Project Hair, and MG Baroque Teardrop Set. I am also wearing one of Adore & Abhor’s new releases: Heart Purse in purple/pink.

Medicate Me

I’m running a little behind with my 50 Weeks of Sexy Posts, the theme for this post is “Intoxicate Me”. Well when I thought about the theme more and more things started to unravel. Alas time was not an option for me last week. So here I am about a week late but better late then never. Well when I think of intoxication it reminds me of my fave Glam/Sleaze Band “Hardcore Superstar’s Medicate Me” song.

Don’t go, got no charm
Let’s make it simple
Let’s drink it all
Want you to be strong
I drink from the bottle then my *problems* are gone

medicateme
I had this Martini Glass prop that I got a while back and figured maybe its time I should use it. I knew exactly which of my lingerie items to wear. I loved the sequin shimmer of the Mon Cheri Sequin Chemise (now has Lola appliers) and it gave that vintage allure to the picture. But of course I can’t be a normal person, I need my horns (Half-Deer) and pink hair (lamb.) to set off my look.

When I see myself in this outfit I like to think would you like me to medicate you 😉

Items Worn:

    *MonCheri* Sequin Chemise [White]
    lamb. Falling (Mesh) – Blush
    +Half-Deer+ Lamb Horns (Sherbet)
    Schadenfreude Black Curlicue Eyelashes, mesh
[Gos] Grace Sandal – Red Glitter
    :[ Al Vulo! ] – [ Ramona ] – [ Femme Fatale Sunkissed TDR ]

Liberation

So usually my posts are inspired by music and on occasion I freaking love listening to Hardcore Superstar, a Swedish Sleaze/Glam Rock band. So I was watching the video “Liberation” for the gajillionth time and then a idea struck my head and I enlisted my fave cohort in crime, Phire Zuhra. At first I told her I had the best idea ever but for some reason, those who know me always expect it to be demented, but for once I was being all innocent. Well until Phire showed up in her uniform and I was like HELLO mamita come here!!!
Liberation
So here is the background story. Both Phire and I are some really awesome Sailor Women who were granted a 3 day weekend of shortleave. We took the above picture as documentation of the beginning of a fun driven weekend. We invited some of our shipmates to join the part and well they sure did.

Once we arrived at the bar, the owner announced that the first round of drinks were on the house. Well a few of the men from our ship thought it be funny to see how much we could drink before we started getting crazy. Well…Phire had a great idea and I was happy to oblige with her plan.
Liberation

The evening passed and we were drinking our shipmates under the table. We showed them who was boss. To continue on our mischievious plans, Phire and I engaged in some friendly Booby Bustin.
Liberation

As the night passed our attempts to lure in some potential men was fruitless. We both woke up the next morning seeing each other in the bed with all our clothes thrown around the hotel room. WE finally realized who needs men we are perfect for each other just the way we are.
