Getting all Itty Bitty up in here!

Hey guys I know its been a while since I have posted, I had a few items to attend to that took over my time in SL with humdrum RL boringness.

So I figured, it was about time I get a petite fae avatar. I have always looked at my friends pictures on flickr who have the avatars but I never felt the need to get one. Until this morning, I decided I wanted to get a Fae Avatar and to play with a few styles. I purchased the Al Vulo Petite 2 Livia Fairy Avatar on marketplace. I just loved how cute the avatar looked, and to my surprise I was able to mod the avatar a little. Which I understand from some of my friends that some of the other avs on the market don’t allow that. Look at this cute little face, can you why I couldn’t pass it up.

The first outfit I saw when shopping around on marketplace, yes its Spring Break and no students or faculty around so I took advantage of my supreme slackerdom, is an outfit from Severed Garden. A while back Willow blogged the exact same outfit in violet so I thought it would be cute for me to wear it again on a fae avatar. The outfit itself reminds me of a Genie.

The next outfit I found is from a new to me store called “Boudoir”, they had a ton of cute gothic & vintage inspired outfits to choose from. I chose this particular outfit because it had skulls. If you know me well, I absolutely love items adorned with skulls. The outfit comes with the clothing, shoes, and hair and it was a pretty reasonable price. I can see myself buying more pieces from them in the future.

I couldn’t do this post without giving a nod to one of my fave designers in SL “Ivey Deschanel”. I absoslutely loved how she remade this outfit for the petite avs. Its so adorable and I call this outfit “Street Cred” because really you need to be bad ass to wear stuff like this.

Last but not least, another of my favorite designers in SL “Evangeline Miles”. She is known for her fantasy wear in SL and she has a vast amount of outfits and house props for petite fae avatars. I chose this look because I wanted to be a tough fairy and I loved the outfit so much.

So what can I say, I had a ton of fun running around as a petite fae. I hope to do it more often in the future.

Exotic Beauty

For those of you who love purchasing skins as much as I do, there is a brand new event that opened its doors today “Skin Addictions Skin Showcase.” I have always admired MiaSnow’s drive to create new skins and her latest release is absolutely stunning. This a completely different look than her previous releases but its just as stunning.

I am wearing the exotic skin tone of the Sweety Line, which to me is the closest to my RL complexion. I was so ecstatic because I rarely do wear tanned skins in SL because alot of them just look too yellow to me. I decided to keep the facial features as they came. This skin set comes with a variety of options, cleavage, dimples, and the eyebrows/eyelashes even have their own tattoo layers. There are also neutral lip colors that mesh well with the skins. If I were you I would definitely fatpack all the skintones.

Also, today Ivey released this super cute polka dot top that I absolutely adore. Anytime Ivey releases polka dot items at Sn@tch I have to purchase them, since I adore polka dots. I paired the top with a older release by Sn@tch.

Last but not least, I must speak of my new hair by Wasabi Pills. I love this hairstyle and I like to pretend that its named after me. This is a modified version of the Lola hairstyle that was released a while back. I love the little braids in front, it gives a girl next door kind of look.
