aisling’s Sortilège Collection is out at Jewelry Fair and consists of 9 new releases. I would say this collection falls into the dark urban / fantasy theme. It is a beautiful collection of jewelry.

I chose the following three pieces (though I do love all the jewelry in the collection). The Undecim Nosering, Species Artefact Earrings and Willow Necklace all are materials ready and come with a hud to change the metal colouring. You receive a short and long version of the necklce.

SySy Chapman of SYSY’s is participating in 2 events this month – My SLink Obsession (MSO) and Collab88 (anniversary round). For MSO SySy designed a pair of sandals for SLink high feet. The sexy Tied-Up Sandals come in 6 colours and are at least 50% of regular price.

Collab88 is celebrating its anniversary this round and SySy designed a sexy little sheath dress with gold piping and a peak-a-boo cutout across the bodice so you can show off that sexy cleavage that you own. The dresses come in 6 pretty colours.

The Month of Games

Running until July 31st, the Month of Games brings you three theme rooms featuring designs from some of Second Life’s top designers. Kiddo Oh of Dead Dollz is taking part in this event with three new exclusives, two of which are below.

Mrs White is inspired by the game Clue; a classy dress for the femme fatale. This beautiful pencil-skirt white sheath is covered in black lace with a solid black stripe down each side and a bow in back.

Frostine is inspired by the game Candyland; a romantic white gown with silver detailing. The gown comes with a hud to change the middle from solid to sheer with several skin tones of the sheer to match your skin with.

Poison girl…

For this round of We Love Roleplay, Jackal Ennui of Lassitude & Ennui has designed beautiful Victorian ankle boots. These original mesh boots come in 6 colours of a distressed brocade with buttons and lace detailing. You receive rigged mesh in the standard sizes and unrigged mesh with a resizer script (that can be deleted). For the event the boots are only 180L and after the event will rise to 280L in the main store.

I love Victorian era clothing and accessories, especially steampunk. Here are me and my little companions about to watch a movieola. 😉

Nowhere fast…

Rain Laval of Juxtapose has been very busy for Rhapsody, releasing several pose packs for men and women, a couple with props. The first photo is Hotsy Totsy, a pack of 5 elegant poses, perfect for evening gowns, etc. Next photo is the Copacetic pose pack. It has 6 nice poses, perfect for blogging. None of the poses I’m showing today distort the clothing which is very important when blogging. Lastly, is Torch Song which comes with a beautiful piano and bench. There are 6 poses for the piano and 4 for the bench. All poses I’m showing today are very well done.

The outfit I am wearing is the sexy Lady Tux in black and white from Sakide. I can just feel the silky material covering my body and love the feel of it. The tux comes with shoes of the same colour (made for high SLink feet).

Sugar Skulls from Sax Shepherd

I love sugar skulls and day of the dead and for this year’s World Goth Fair, Sax Shepherd designed a beautiful pair of Calavera Sugar Skull boots. These boots come in 7 leather colours to choose from, each with a hud to change the lace, eyelets and piping colours. You can also change the sugar skull image from greyscale to colour. I HAD to have a pair of these amazing boots.

For the gachas Sax designed a gorgeous choker and earring set called Coffin Jewelry. There are several metals and several designs in the gachas except for the Ankh, Pentacle and Skull versions in Gunmetal. These 3 are for sale in the booth with 50% of the proceeds going to the Sophie Lancaster Foundation charity.

Both the jewelry and boots are 100% original mesh designed.

Even a princess needs alone time

I started my day sneaking off to the bakery for some yummy goodies in an out-of-the-way place. Putting my hair in pigtails and wearing a cute sundress I’d hope no one recognized me. My adorable hair is called Dandelions by Milk at this month’s round of Fit for a Princess. The mesh hair comes in 9 colour packs, each pack controlled by a hud. I love the colour combinations in the colour packs and the vibrancy of the hair.

I then found myself outside a photobooth and just had to take some pics. Photobooths are so much fun and this one I found at Nylon Outfitters over at Tableau.

The poses I used in my travels to the bakery were by Imeka. This 6-pose pack is called Lucy and currently found at kustom9.

FuubutsuDou at the The Fantasy Gacha

FuubutsuDou has 2 machines at the Fantasy Gacha – one with kimonos (75L each) and one with accessories (25L) each. The kimonos are very pretty and the orange-maple colour is the rare (pictured below). The green kimono I’m wearing is a common item and all kimonos come with lola tangos appliers. The kinds of things you will find in the accessories gacha are tail and ear sets (the red/white being rare), parasols and paper lanterns. You still have plenty of time to come down and play the machines. It’s a great price for such pretty kimonos.

Pose Fair 2014 opens today!

At 12 pm SL time the Pose Fair opens and it’s filled with a lot of new great poses for everybody. Over 100 stores is participating and Hopscotch is one of those. Owner Chandni Khondji has been very busy this year and has a lot of new poses for the fair.

There are 3 pose packs of 5 poses each. These are very nice poses and I can see using them in my blogging in particular. The names are Brooklyn (1), Peyton (2) and Daytona (3).

With the Wind is a set of five poses that includes fabric that looks like it’s floating in the wind. The cloth comes for both hands and in sheer and solid. As you can see I’m getting in some practice time for the next olympics. 😉

Last, is the SLavatars (inspired by The Sims), a set of 4 poses with wearable bubbles. There is fire, burglar, love and sleep.

The joys of a Pocket Lola in your world!!!

Oh hello there! So I figured I’d ask before I rabble beyond control on the following picture collages? Do you think I should quit with the collages and do separate posts for each look (blog post) or continue with this style so that I don’t inundate you with my pictures galore.

Just in case you are wondering, I am often called “Pocket Lola” by friends due to my size in SL. I love to dress in different styles but often find myself caught between gothic and kawaii. In this post I will like to showcase to you some of the looks I put together, I know its a long post put I promise not to ramble.

Thanks to stores like .tsg., Blah!, and more I see myself gravitating towards Kawaii Style with a bit Ero Style thrown in. I like pastel colors a lot and lately you can actually see me wearing pink in world which is a rarity. What I love about this look is how the perfect accessories can complete the outfit.

The Rockabilly Vixen

I have always had a soft spot for Rockabilly Fashion in my heart. I love how they mix vintage wear with their own flair. Although I do kind of look like a girl from the 60’s getting her nerd on.

The Sexy Rocker

To me this is how I would like to see myself on stage, a mix between Shakira and Santana from Glee. They both have such amazing looks and are beautiful in their own rights. I’m not a huge fan of animal prints but this outfit I put together seemed to meld well together. Goth1c0 has been a longtime favorite store of mine and I am so happy to see they are creating so many items lately.

The Gothic Beauty

This look basically revolved around the leggings I picked up at the Rock Attitude Fashion Fair by Malfean Visions. I swear I collect just about everything Lokii creates when I actually do wander outside my tiny box. I love how she is able to cover all fashion styles and still add a gothic edge to each item.
