The annual Magic of Oz Easter Hunt is on!

The Magic of Oz Easter Hunt began on March 23rd and runs until April 8th. When you arrive, touch the sign for your basket and run around clicking on easter eggs to fill your basket. Once filled, a menu will pop up with a choice of stores for you to choose one and you will receive eggs for that store’s gift. Go to that store on the Oz sim, wear the eggs near the basket in the store and touch the worn eggs for your gift. It’s great fun!

Katat0nik has 2 gifts for the hunt. The adorably cute Eva Bunny V2 Tattoo Sleeves are original art tattoos. This is a new version from a previous release. They’ve been remade with new bunnies and brighter colours that includes 3 versions (dark, medium, light). The applier for the tattoos are for SLink male & female, Maitreya and Omega. There are tattoo layers as well but aren’t ideal as the default avatar makes the tattoos look pixelated so best bet is to use with the mesh bodies. I LOVE these tattoo sleeves.

The second gift is the Bunny Donut Stick. Nine colours are included with this original mesh accessory. It has no pose but can be resized and moved around so you can move it to have your av hold it, or use it as decoration. (I enlarged them and put them on my wall.)

Baseball tee’s never go out of style!

Stories&Co. by Flowey designed some great baseball tee’s for this round of N-21. They brought back lots of teen memories for me. I practically lived in these things when I was a teenager. From the office to cocktails in Dead Dollz’ dresses

Kiddo Oh has had a very busy August, participating in many events, 2 of which she has designed beautiful dresses that take you from the office to a night on the town.

From Shiny Shabby comes the perfect office dress called Vesper. The dress is designed around the Maitreya Lara mesh body so please try the demo for any other bodies and the default avatar. I love the design of the dress and it is available in grey, black or white.

You can find the Astra dress over at the Vintage & Cool Fair. This gorgeous cocktail dress is also designed for the Maitreya mesh body. The sheer top is applier only with a skirt attachment. The large bow is a separate attachment so you can decide to wear or not wear it. This dress is available in 6 colours.

A new round of Mix has begun and you’ll need to pickup a hud to participate.  You can get a hud by joining the Mix Update Group (they send the hud out on the 1st and 15th of the month) or at the Mix Marketplace store (it’s 0L).

Over at the Flowey main store for Mix, owner Flutter Memel has some adorable ice cream cone chairs set up in a gacha machine for only 25L each. There are 10 commons and 4 rares (in the photo, the empty seat is one rare). Each chair holds 4 cute poses.

Oversized Tee’s, a wardrobe staple…

We all love to wear t-shirts, be it a perfect fit or oversized. The oversized tee can be worn as a cute mini-dress, worn over jeans, leggings, etc., and even to sleep in. Flowey released some super cute oversized tee’s at Collab88 in an abundance of colours and textures.

Here I’ve paired it over some rolled-up jeans on a day out sight seeing and I do look super cute.

And here I am at the beach wearing one as a coverup over my bikini while, ummm, taking my medicine. 😉

new friends and food too…

Sshhhh don’t tell the teacher but I played hooky and went to the carnival.  Of course I made a beeline for the food stall for some goodies and while there made a new friend with a cute baby elephant.

Today’s post has been brought to you by Xiasumi School Festival. My school uniform is from C’est la vie! It’s a cute one-piece with a hud to change skirt textures, blouse textures and both tie and ribbon textures. I love the different colour plaids you can change the skirt and ribbon into especially. Wasabi Pills provides the cute new girly hairstyle that flatters me so. 😉 And I’m loving my shoes and socks by VCO. I need to get a few more colours.

Now onto the food. The 2 little ghosts are acting as security I see. There’s so much to choose from and knowing me I’ll want one of everything! On the top shelf is the Girl Onigiri Rice Balls Kyaraben Bento and the Boy Onigiri Bento by Imeka, the Moo Moo Juices by Flowey and the Butter Bear’s by Nach. Second shelf holds the Yummy Halloween Bento by Imeka on the left and on the right and bottom shelf has Rising Sun Delicacies by 8f8.

At Fantasy Faire with Sax Shepherd Designs

Sax Shepherd is spoiling us at this year’s Fantasy Faire with lots of fabulous goodies. First up that’s new are the Lolita Boots – Butterfly Dreams and Tooled Florals. I love that the bikini panties is metal instead of cloth, so it matches perfectly with the jewelry, if you wear them.

A new round of Fit for a Princess

The second round has started and the participating designers have created some wonderfully beautiful items for all of us princesses out there. This round has a spring, flower theme to it and lots of cheerful colours to get us out of our winter blues.

Chandni Khondji of Hopscotch has created very pretty shoes in black and white, with a colour button flower. There are 4 white and 4 black shoes to choose from, each pair with a different colour flower on them. These are made for SLink medium feet. The shoes can be purchased separately, in packs of 4 black or 4 white shoes and of course a fat pack of everything.

I’m in love with Calico’s Aiyana hair designed by owner Calico Ingham. It is a stunning up-do with a braid on each side that’s draped to the back and twisted into a bun and held in place with a flower. There are 16 colour packs to choose from with a hud to change the colours. Also included in the hud is a tab for the flowers whereby you can change the flowers and leaves in an abundance of colours.

The cute Daisy Party Dress comes from Lost Junction. I love the pattern and the colour combinations creator Tala Laval has used in this dress. They are bright and springy. The dress comes with a matching scarflet and hair flower (not worn). There are 5 dress colours and you receive 2 dresses in each colour combination, with a bit of a difference in the top portion.
