A day of sailing…

Yesterday I made a new friend, Regy Constantine, and he invited me to go for a sail on his new boat. He’s very nice and we had a lot of fun. We sailed up and down along the waterways occassionally stopping to check out the sights.

I’m wearing this fantastic jumpsuit from SYSY’s currently found at The Fantasy Collective. The jumpsuit comes in 3 colours and standard sizing but also works with both SLink Physique and Maitreya’s Lara mesh bodies. It was perfect for a day at sea.

Fascination with mermaids…

A lot of people have a fascination with mermaids and the theme for this round of The Fantasy Collective is “under the sea”, which is now underway. Participant, Lassitude & Ennui have released a beautiful cocktail dress in mermaidy colours. I’m in love with everything about this dress from it’s design to shape to colouring. The Nereid dress is rigged mesh and comes in 6 colours; each includes a texture-changing hud to change the inner layer (black, white) and the outer layer detailing (gold, silver, black).

This round for 21Shoe…

This round for 21Shoe Sax Shepherd Designs is offering two pairs of Jeweled Stilettos for L$499. The first pair is an exclusive colour of the Mata Hair Stilettos. Their most popular shoe is now in a Pearlescent Oyster Satin which includes rich gold jewelry pieces and mother-of-pearl inlays. There are no texture changes with this exclusive but the hud does allow for resizing. This colour will not be sold again after 21Shoe.

The second pair is a sneak-peek of a sexy new shoe that will be released soon called Aphrodite. The accompanying hud offers texture changing of red, green and blue, with many different jewel changing options. The Aphrodite Holiday Edition will only be sold during the holidays at the Sax Shepherd Design main store and after 21Shoe will be sold alone at its full price of L$599. I have a feeling these may become more popular than Mata Hari. 🙂

Hopscotch has 2 wonderful footwear items out for 21Shoe this round. The pretty Vevina flats are a gorgeous, deep red with velvet red bows. They were made for SLink flat feet and can be resized. I love the ice skates. They are unrigged, which means they can be resized and can be worn with or without SLink medium feet. If you do wear them with the SLink feet, remember to wear an ankle lock. (a free one can be picked up at SLink main store.)

A night on the town…

The theme for this round of My Attic is “How to Marry a Millionaire”, a favourite movie of Dead Dollz owner Kiddo Oh. She loved the Marilyn Monroe character Pola and was inspired by the pink gown worn by her in the movie. This beautiful gown is available in 5 colours (pink, black, red, blue and gold) and comes in the standard mesh sizes. Each colour is only 95L! That is a steal and affordable enough to pickup several colours. 😉 It will only be this price for the duration of the event, which ends November 30th.

SySy Chapman of SYSY’s is also participating in My Attic with a sexy cocktail dress. The Lauren Dress comes in 9 colours/prints and includes both fitted mesh for the Physique mesh body and standard mesh sizes. These cocktail dresses are only 95L for the duration of the event. I am wearing the fitted mesh dress with the Physique mesh body in my photos.

The stunning jewelry set comes from Eclectica at this round of l’Accessoires. The set consists of the necklace, earrings and 2 rings. On touch the colours of the metals and stones can be changed. Also from Eclectica are these pretty pumps, out now at the Winter Faire. These shoes are found in the Gacha Forest and are only 40L per play. There are 6 commons and 3 rares (the golds are the rares).

winter wonderland…

We’ve been getting quite a bit of snow lately and it’s only the middle of autumn. 😦  Anyway it’s time to get out some winter wear. I took a walk over at Lost France to visit some deer.

I’m wearing this very pretty coat I got last year at C’est la vie! and I still love it. I really like the dark fur collar and it goes very well with my mitts from League.

I love candy hearts, from reading the little messages on them to biting into one and a burst of tart taste fills my mouth. Even today biting into one brings back memories.

SySy Chapman of SYSY’s has created as a decoration, some candy hearts. They come in 4 colours, each colour has 3 sayings so a total of 12 hearts. They can be resized so you can make them really big or small. Her other exclusive is a candy heart bracelet, your choice of pink or blue. For this round of My Attic, SySy Chapman of SYSY’s created a cute bikini for the SLink Physique mesh body. The Waikiki Bikini comes in packs of 3 colours and there are three 3-packs. There is also a system version of the bikini which made me happy because the bikini is very cute and I don’t have Physique. Each pack is only 95L until My Attic ends.

Also 95L each during the event are the Max and Maxime Sandals. There are male and female versions and come in 8 colours for SLink flat feet.
