Hi! This is Lola Hienrichs I have not written on this blog for quite some time but I have some news to share with those of you who still follow Willow’s blog. A couple of weeks ago, Willow passed away peacefully in her sleep. Willow was the big sister I never had and we had been friends outside of SL for over the past 15 years. She loved everything PINK and it was the one color I loathed LOL but now I wish I can see her prancing around me in SL in her little pink outfits looking all gothy cute. She had a unique eye when it came to fashion and her style was admirable to many of her viewers. She made taking pictures in SL look so easy and I admired her talent for finding the best windlight and poses to compliment each outfit. This will be the last blog post on Dead as We, I can’t possibly keep posting on here any longer. I thought about it but this blog was always her lovechild and I was always just her annoying little sister.

If you see anything super pink, creepy, and gothic……Please think of Willow. That’s how she would want to be remembered. Us goth girls like our creepiness.

I leave you guys with the song that this blog is named after. You may have not known this but Willow was a huge fan of the band “Negative” which is a Finnish Rock band.

Death`s Head Moth at Season`s Story

The Moth Wrangler leads her charges to their daily cleansing. She is respected in her village for her abilities in handling these moth-like creatures.

At The Season`s Story, Katat0nik has a fantastic gacha set up called Death`s Head. It is inspired by Silence of the Lambs. The name of the gacha came from the “death’s head moth”, which represents transformation, in the story.

There are 9 common and 3 rare items in the machine. All are original mesh and textures and are only $50L per play. The rares are 2 wild boars (one with moth wings) and a hose attached to a bucket to wear around your neck. The commons are 2 black lambs (1 with moth wings), 3 white lambs (1 with moth wings and 1 with wings & a bucket), a hose, a bucket, a moth (attaches to your mouth) and a swarm of moths (they swarm your head). All items are resizeable.

Beauty in darkness at the Black Fashion Fair

The Black Fashion Fair began yesterday and I still can’t get in *gah*. Most people love wearing black and this fair draws in the people.

Petite Mort’s exclusive is the sexy Anne Corset mini dress. The dress comes in the standard mesh sizes as well as sizes for SLink, Belleza and Maitreya mesh bodies for only $165L per colour. There are 6 colours to choose from.

Petite Mort has also done a re-colour of the stunning Violetta gown with 5 beautiful dark colours especially for the fair. I am in love with this gown. I love how it hugs the body and the subtle flower pattern and ruffles.

Let’s go around the 100 Block

The Little Bat is participating in the 100 Block with 3 new items. My favourite is the Rylee outfit, which is a black ankle-length pant and crop top with colour insets. The included hud offers 6 colour changes for both the top and pant. The second outfit is the cute Stella top and skirt. The skirt comes with a hud with 8 great glitter colours. Lastly, the very high spiked-heel platforms for SLink high feet. The hud of 10 colours match up with the outfits nicely.

Petite Mort’s ‘Mira’ dress on sale until April 18th

Petite Mort has a new in-store release that is only $50L until April 18th. After the 18th it will be put up to the regular price of $145L per colour. You still have 5 days to pick up this great dress.

Mira is a grungy polka dot dress which is available in 5 colours. It’s made of a light-weight material and shows off a bare back with a few straps holding it on. I love how the dress looks on and you can dress it up or down with acessories, makeup and hair.

Imeka brings in spring at the Season’s Story

With spring comes warmer weather and budding trees. Imeka has two pretty trees at the Season’s Story as their exclusives. One tree has light green leaves and the other a darker green; both also are covered in pinkish blossoms, on the branches and ground. The trees are copy and unrigged so you can rezz as many as you want and resize them to your heart’s desire.

Grab a fan as you pass…

Spring has arrived at Collabor88 and Katat0nik has 2 colour packs of beautiful metal flower fans for sale. There is a pack of 3 colours and one of 4 colours of the fans. They are orignal mesh and non-rigged so they can be resized (as you can see in my photos, I resized 1 fan small to wear in my hair and one large as a decoration behind the bench, as examples). There are no poses in the fans but are easy to move around.

My adorable dress from Zenith is also from Collabor88. I love the pantaloons and from a hud they can be removed if you so wish. There are several colour options for the turtle neck as well. I am in love with the dress and have been wearing it for days. 😉

Come to the Dark Side with The Little Bat

The Dark Side began a few days ago and The Little Bat has two exclusives out plus a gift for only $10L.

Dark Side Nails is a hud for both finger and toe nails for SLink. There are 8 colours included on the hud. I like the design of these nails. The Lusty Outfit is the other exclusive. The outfit consists of a corset, pantyhose and wings. The hud has 16 colour changes (the ribbons), 8 for the corset and 8 for the pantyhose. Lastly the $10 gift is the Skele Tank, a layered tank, and the hud has 6 colour changes for the top and bottom tanks so you can mix them if you want.

The Beautiful Heidi from PXL

Hart Larsson of PXL is back with the beautiful Heidi, an applier for the LeLutka mesh heads. Heidi is out now at We Love Roleplay at a 25% discount. There are 3 skin tones available and each tone includes a skin (no face), several breast options and the mesh head applier. On the applier are several eyebrow colours, 4 lip colours and an eyeliner. I’m hoping he’ll add moles and freckles in future appliers. 😉

I’m wearing the Stella mesh head from LeLutka and Heidi looks gorgeous. In the photo below, from left to right, is the pale tone, the natural tone and the sunkissed tone.

Petite Mort at the Dreams Gacha

The Dreams Gacha opens tomorrow, April 6th and runs til April 28th. Petite Mort has 2 gacha machines entered; one filled with cool leather studded ballet flats and the other with the Satin Garden collection (tops, skirts and dresses).

The Satin Garden Collection consists of 14 commons and 3 rares. The commons are pretty satin bustiers and satin-trimmed tulle skirts and the rares are pretty satin scrunchy dresses. The machine is only 50L per play.

The Leather Studded Ballet Flats have 11 commons and 3 rares and are for the Belleza and SLink mesh feet. Each colour comes with silver and gold hardware. The commons are solid colours and rares are the leopard, floral and solid black flats. This machine is also 50L per play.
